The world-spread COVID 19 in 2020 has brought a new social image "NEW NORMAL" to people. It contains the determination of us, to coexist with this invisible virus for at least several years, and the "NEW STANDARD" including the things and systems that accompany it, that is ahead of the changes in the social structure. When imagining how the disinfectant stand should be in such a new society, we thought it should have the appearance as if it had been there from the beginning, and could wipe out the discomfort that every entrance has been placed a disinfectant.
In addition, many users have already tolerated this confusion caused by the virus, and are subconsciously understanding the measures against infectious diseases that are becoming infrastructure. This SUBMARINE aims to be the standard for disinfectant stands as a public object, and it harmonizes with space as much as possible, does not give unnecessary information to the user, and straightforwardly fulfills its duties.
In the corner of the space, the commercially available disinfectant is hidden in the square column, only the nozzle is exposed. This posture in harmony with the environment is like the semi-permanent traffic lights and fire hydrants in the street, with an extremely simple and clear appearance.
By storing a bottle of disinfectant inside, it does not give extra noise to space and at the same time prevents it from falling or theft. Inside the product, the height of the two tables can be adjusted by thumbscrews to accommodate various sizes of disinfectant bottles. In addition, it has a maximum of two stock spaces inside, reducing the burden on the administrator. In addition, it has space for storing up to two bottles of inventory inside, which can reduce the burden on the administrator while increasing the overall weight of the product and improving its stability. 2020年世界中に広まったCOVID19は、人々に新しい社会像「NEW NORMAL」をもたらした。その意味は短くても数年はこの見えないウィルスと共存する覚悟と、それに伴う物やシステムを含めた社会構造が変化した先にある新しい標準「NEW STANDARD」を意味するものだと考えている。そうした新しい社会において消毒液スタンドのあるべき姿を想像したとき、あたかも最初からそこにあったかのような佇まいをもたらすべき姿であり、各空間のエントランスに消毒液が置かれているという違和感を拭いさるものであるべきと考えた。
また多くのユーザーは今回のウィルス騒動をすでに許容し、インフラ化されていく感染症対策を潜在意識化で理解している。このSUBMARINEは公共物としての消毒液スタンドの標準を目指したものであり、限りなく空間に調和し、ユーザーに余計な情報を与えず、淡々と職務を全うするものである。
空間と人に調和する角の取れた四角柱に潜んだ市販の消毒液のノズルだけが頭を出ているその姿は、信号機や水道や街頭などの存在と近しい、恒久的に設置されるために極めて端的な姿をしている。
消毒液のボトルを内部に収納することにより、余計なノイズを空間に与えないと同時に落下や盗難を防止。内部にはふたつのテーブルが蝶ネジにより高さが変えられ、様々な高さのボトルに対応。また内部に最大2本のストックスペースを持ち、管理者の負担を軽減。おもりによる安定感の高さに加え、地面にアンカーを打って固定ができたり、オプションとして、より転倒しにくいベースプレートを備える。

此外，大家已经开始接纳这病毒所带来的混乱，并下意识地开始理解，针对传染病的预防措施正在成为基础设施的一部分这一点。这款SUBMARINE旨在成为消毒液架作为公共设施的标准，满足尽可能与空间协调的条件，不向使用者提供任何不必要的信息，并直截了当地履行其职责。
在角落里，市售的消毒剂隐藏在方柱中，只露出喷嘴在外。这与空间和人相互协调的姿态，就像至于街道中半永久性存在的交通灯，防火栓，拥有着极致简单而明了的外观。
通过将消毒液瓶存放在内面，使其外观不会给空间带来任何噪音，同时可以防止瓶体掉落或被盗。 在产品的内部，可以通过指旋螺钉调整两个托板的高度，以容纳各种尺寸的消毒液瓶子。 此外，它的内部拥有至多放置两瓶库存的空间，可以减轻管理员负担的同时，加重产品整体重量而提高了它的稳定性。作为可选追加项，产品的底部还可以通过在地面钉钉，使底面更一步难以倾倒。
